What are the requirements to obtain the full-text copy of thesis/dissertation?

To obtain full-text copy of thesis/dissertation, it is required to send any of these two options:

1. Proof of conversation indicating that the author allows access to his thesis/dissertation  (screenshot or copy of conversation shall be sent to any of these library communication channels:

2.  An email to the library from the author granting full-text access to the requester
